Entries: Online entries only via the Results Base website – no entries on the night – use your series number if you have one; otherwise your number will be sent by post.

On the night: Do not race if you have been unwell or have any of the covid-19 symptoms. Social distancing must always be maintained. Hand sanitiser will be available at the start and finish. It is the runner’s responsibility to provide his/her own water.
Directions: The Entrance to The Open University is off the A421 Groveway at the intersection of the H9 and V10 on the Milton Keynes Grid system. You should enter the University grounds and make your way round the Ring Road until you reach the Pavilion.
Changing: no changing available.
Toilets: Several toilet blocks are available in the pavilion.
Start/Finish: The race starts between 7.45pm and 7.50pm in the Woughton Playing Fields about 800m from the Pavilion. Allow five minutes to get to the start from the pavilion. The start will be in waves of 30 every 30 seconds. Do not enter the sanitised start area until your wave number is called. The Finish is outside the Pavilion.
Refreshments: no refreshments.
Results: Results will be posted on the Results Base website immediately after the race and on this website within 24 hours.
