Three MMK Hammer Throwers attended the competition at Woodford Green. Lara Moffat, as a new U20, competed with the 4kg hammer, improving her best by more than 3.5m to go second on the Club F20 Hammer all-time lists behind Kayleigh Presswell. She also goes fourth on the UK 2020 F20 Rankings.
