Eight MMK runners competed in the Big Half in London. Lara Bromilow was the first runner home, finishing 409th in 79:47, a pb by 12 seconds which moves her up from 4th to 3rd in the MMK all-time rankings, just 3 seconds behind Vicky Pincombe’s time set in 2004.
