be held under covid-19 restrictions according to government advice and Runbritain guidelines, which may change at any time. QR codes will be
available at the start for those using the NHS test and trace app.

Entries: Online entries only via the Results Base website – no entries on the night – use your series number if you have one; otherwise your number will be sent by post.
Directions: From
M1 leave at J18, follow signs to Rugby (A428). On entering
Rugby take left fork at the Paddox public house (B4429 - Ashlawn Rd). St Andrews RFC is ½ mile on the left.
From M45 leave at J1, follow signs to RUGBY
(A45), turn towards
On the night: Do not race if you have been unwell
or have any of the covid-19 symptoms. Social distancing must always be
maintained. Hand sanitiser will be available at the start and finish. It is the
runner’s responsibility to provide his/her own water.
Registration: No registration – replacement numbers from Results Base at the finish.
Changing facilities: no changing facilities – there will
be toilets on site.
Start and finish are adjacent to the clubhouse. The course is a single 6 mile loop of

Presentation: no presentations – awards will be sent by post after the race.
Results: Results will be posted on the Results Base website immediately after the race and on this website within 24 hours.
