Hayley Dimond had top results in the Shot and Javelin on the way to seventh place in the England Athletics F17 Heptathlon in Manchester. The Javelin throw of 37.46m was a personal best by nearly 3m. The Heptathlon score was just one point less than she achieved in the East Anglian Schools Championships in June!
