Following his win in the half marathon on Saturday, Steve ran again on the Sunday, this time targeting the full marathon. Perhaps the tiredness in his legs go the better of him, but he finished his first-ever marathon in a very creditable 2:48:49 for 19th place.
Ben Miller missed his pb by just over a minute.
