Only 9 MMK runners competed in the Rugby 6, won by Alistair Smith and Kelly Barnett. As at Blisworth, Diane Baldin (F60) and Fi-Han Bromilow (F65) won their age categories. Thomas Dell finished seventh to lead the MMK runners home, Matt Clarke was 3rd M40 and Stuart Cowan 2nd M70.
