Steve Herring (M50) was in record-breaking form at the Sandy 10 mile road race at Biggleswade, finishing fourth in 56:55 and knocking 2 seconds off Terry Laybourn’s record, set more than 25 years ago. Stuart Cowan (M70) finished 187th in 82:13; 477 finished.
Matt Turner (M40) ran the Manchester Marathon, finishing 1988th in 3:23:44; 13095 finished.
