Jack Meijer was wearing an England vest at the Lotto Cross Cup meeting in Rotselaar on Sunday. Coming through strongly after a cautious start he finished sixth and third GB man home just a second behind the 4th and 5th finishers, who shared the same time. The picture shows Jack just behind the first two GB runners Lachlan Wellington (3rd) and Joshua Lay (4th).
Laura Zialor was in action at the British Indoor Championships and was unlucky not to come back with a medal. On Saturday she was fourth in the Triple Jump with 12.53m, while on Sunday she was 7cms down on her recent club record, finishing 8th with 1.71m.
Maxwell Brown ran in the heats of the 60m, but could not get close to his recent best of 6.85 seconds, bowing out in 7th place with 7.01 seconds.
On the roads, three MMK runners took part in the Welwyn 10k race. Stuart Boyer had a fine race to finish 10th in 38:59, with Sean Kinselley 23rd in 40:55 and Lilli Peters 66th (7th woman home) in 45:42. 388 finished.
